The Altius Globes
Altius assesses vendors against requirements in five different areas. Passing the Altius requirements in a particular area results in the award of an 'Altius Globe'. Gaining the Commercial and Risk Management globes leads to the award of 'Altius Assured Vendor' status. Many of our clients use this as their benchmark for vendors to get on their list, though some do have specific requirements above and beyond.
Gaining all five globes leads to the award of 'Altius Elite Vendor' status. Why not have a look at our current list of Elite Vendors.

Customer Service Altius assess how vendors achieve acceptable levels of customer service and satisfaction by reviewing evidence of a vendor’s management systems, monitoring arrangements and follow-up actions.
Quality Management Altius assess how vendors achieve acceptable standards of product and / or service quality by reviewing each vendor’s quality assurance arrangements, management systems and certifications.
Corporate Social Responsibility Corporate social responsibility is about how companies manage their business processes to produce an overall positive impact on society. Altius assess efforts with respect to CSR to provide clients with a measure of a company’s impact on society.
